"I decided to go to a private dentist after my NHS dentist started to charge a monthly fee although they insisted they where still an NHS dentist. I was getting shoddy at best work from them and and now not only paying the NHS price as I work but £132 a year to be able to stay as their patient. I live quite near to Smile Serenity Dental Car so I had watched it become a dentists a few years back. They staff are very welcoming and professional and I felt at ease from the start. The blonde haired lady on reception is very nice and good at her job. My dentist Stathis, I apologise if I have got the spelling wrong is wonderful. He is extremely friendly and always puts me at ease. He is very knowledgeable and extremely good at what he does. The dental nurses are excellent too. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a better service than the NHS is able to provide goes to have a look at Smile Serenity, you won't regret it. It is £15 a month for the plan and that gets you two checkups a year, a clean and discount off most things that you have to have done. I am really happy and I definitely made the right choice to join this great dental practice."

"If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I was in severe pain with an infection in my tooth. I researched several private dentists and decided on this one. I called for an emergency appointment and managed to get one quickly. The service was 10/10. The receptionist was very welcoming and accommodating. I went in for my appointment and saw Dr Roy who gave me an x-ray and informed me I needed a root canal. He explained everything in detail before he did the procedure and discussed the cost. He then had time to complete it in my appointment. He took his time and I was really impressed by his manner and his professionalism. He communicated throughout the procedure. The best thing was after the root canal my pain had completely disappeared. Honestly one of the best experiences I have had at a dentist and the dentist chair is a massage chair! "My mum had a severe stroke last year which left her paralysed. This year I was looking for a dentist who could clean my mums teeth either at her home or at the dentist but staying in her wheelchair. I rang several dentists in the area, private and NHS and no one was willing to help my mum. NHS said we will put your mum on a waiting list which was no use. Private dentist said we can’t come home and if your mum is in a wheelchair she has to use the dentist chair. I told them she was unable to due to her severe disability. I was shocked to see that there was no facility for disabled people. Then eventually I came across smile Serenity. The receptionist listened to my needs and discussed this with her manager and came back to me saying yes we can see your mum in her wheelchair. The Dentist cleaned my mums teeth, did a very good job. "I’d been a patient of Dr Stathis when he worked at the Centre of Dentistry before it closed in 2020. When I heard he’d started a new clinic, it was a simple choice to join as he is without a doubt the best dentist I’ve had; both very friendly and very professional.  The clinic is easy to access on Lutterworth Road with plenty of parking space. The interior is all brand new and very spacious with friendly reception staff. Most surprising was the massaging dentists chair - a nice way to take your mind off any dental work!  Pricing seems very reasonable and I took out the annual Essential Plan to cover regular dental and hygiene appointments along with x-rays.  I have no hesitation in recommending Smile Serenity and Dr Stathis."
