A year goes by fast! It seems that as we age, our perception of time makes us feel as if we are stuck on fast forward. We all need to make the most of our time, as it is precious. We have been working on ideas to improve our service to our patients.
Late Evening Appointments
One idea we had was to offer late evening appointments. Many patients struggle to take time off work. Often, they are only free when dental practices tend to close. That’s why we’ve decided to introduce late Tuesday and Wednesday evening appointments. We also have more Saturday morning clinics available.
These late appointments come at an additional cost. This is due to the need for dedicated dental nurses willing to work late hours. The late-night fee is £165. However, we offer a discount for first-time patients, bringing the fee down to £70. Please note that Invisalign and whitening consultations after 6 PM are exempt from this fee.
Overcoming Challenges
With any new service, there will be challenges. For example, some patients found it difficult to book online on the same day they were searching. We’ve heard your feedback, and I’m happy to report that this issue has been resolved.
Content Creation
We have been working hard on video content. Our goal is to share everything we do. This includes preventative advice, details of dental problems, treatment options with advantages and risks, and patient smile transformations/testimonials. I am excited about creating engaging content that shares the world of dentistry while providing great value for our audience.
Making Dental Care Accessible
We strive to make dental care accessible. That’s why our dental plan prices have not changed since we opened in 2021. Furthermore, we are moving to a new provider for our dental plans by early March. This change will allow us to create family dental plans with a completely digital system. The digital system will help us keep track of our patients who need a dental checkup.
To maintain our prices despite inflation, we have removed worldwide accident/emergency cover. This service has never been utilized by our patients. However, we can still offer this service upon request at an adjusted cost.
Finding Balance
Life can be challenging. Finding the right balance is crucial for your overall well-being. We aim to help you achieve that perfect balance for your dental health. This way, you can smile with confidence in all your endeavors!
