A year goes by fast! I think as we get older, our perception of time makes us feel as if we are stuck on fast forward. We all need to make the most of our time, and it is precious not to waste it. We have been working on ideas to improve our service to our patients.
One idea we had was to offer late evening appointments for our patients who struggle to take time off work or are only free when dental practices tend to close.
We now offer late Tuesday and Wednesday evening appointments, along with more Saturday morning clinics. These appointments come at an additional cost due to the need for dental nurses willing to work late hours. The late-night fee is £165, discounted to £70 for first-time patients. Invisalign and whitening consultations after 6pm are exempt from this fee.
With anything, there are always teething issues (no pun intended), such as patients being unable to book online on the same day they are searching, but this has now been fixed.
We have been working on video content aimed at sharing everything that we do, from preventative advice, details of dental problems, treatment options with advantages/risks, and patient smile transformations/testimonials. I am excited about creating engaging content that shares the world of dentistry while providing great value for our audience.
We strive to make dental care as accessible as possible, which is why our dental plan prices have not changed since we opened in 2021. We are moving to a new provider for our dental plans by early March, allowing us to create family dental plans with a completely digital system. This will help us keep track of our patients who are due for a dental checkup. To keep our prices the same despite inflation, we have removed worldwide accident/emergency cover, which has never been used by our patients. We can still offer this service upon request at an adjusted cost.
