A year goes by fast! i think as we get older, our perception of time makes us feel like we are stuck on fast forward. We all need to make the MOST of our time and it is precious not to WASTE it. We have been working on a few ideas to help improve our overall service to our patients.

One idea we had was to offer late evening appointments for our patients that struggle to take time off work or are only free when dental practices tend to close. 

I can now say we offer late Tuesday evening appointments along with more Saturday morning clinics.  These late evening appointments do come at an additional cost to ourselves in finding dental nurses willing to work late unsociable hours. For appointments after 6pm, the late night fee would be £165, but this will be discounted to £70 for first time patients using this service. We aim to be transparent with no hidden fees, ensuring we provide an excellent service that our patients' value.

    *** For Invisalign/whitening consultations after 6pm, the late night fee wont apply due to the nature of the appointment. ***

We have been working on video content, aimed at sharing everything that we do, from preventative advice, details of dental problems, treatment option details with advantages/risks, and patient smile transformations/testimonials. I am excited about creating engaging content that shares the world of dentistry alongside giving great value for our audience. 

We strive to make dental care as accessible as possible and this is why our dental plan prices have not changed since we opened back in 2021! We are moving to a new provider for our dental plans coming to effect by early March. We will be soon able to create family dental plans with a completely digital system, and this will allow us to keep track of our patients who are due a dental checkup. To keep our prices the same, as inflation has been going up, we have removed world wide accident/emergency cover. This feature has never been used by our patients so we felt it was best to remove it to keep the costs of our dental plan the same since 2021. We can still offer this service for any patient that wants it, and they should get in contact with us so we can guide them on a adjusted cost.
